Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
